Privacy information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter: “Privacy Code”).

Data controller
The data controller is the company Bio des Gstrein Patrick with registered office in Lana (BZ), Italy in the person of the legal representative Mr. Gstrein Patrick.

Purpose of the processing
The personal data provided by the user are used, with his/her consent where necessary, for the following purposes:
a. allow registration as a customer to the online shop – Bio des Gstrein Patrick consequently fulfill any contractual obligations towards the user/customer and perform activities connected to the economic activity, such as invoicing, customer accounting etc.
b. send the Bio des Gstrein Patrick newsletter by e-mail.

Optional nature of data provision
Providing data is always optional. Failure to provide data for the purposes referred to in letter a) will result in the user not being able to register with the online shop. Failure to provide data for the purposes referred to in letter b) will result in the Data Controller being unable to provide the newsletter service.

Communication and dissemination
Except as necessary to meet legal obligations, the data may be communicated to persons who perform functions strictly connected or instrumental to the correct provision of the service, duly appointed in writing pursuant to art. 29 of the Privacy Code.

Cookies
Normal navigation within the pages of the Site involves the installation, by this or third parties, of cookies. This configuration is motivated by the needs of normal functionality of the Site and to allow us to offer a better browsing experience.

Rights of interested parties
The Privacy Code grants the interested party the exercise of specific rights.
For completeness, we report below the full text of art. 7 of the Privacy Code.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when there is interest, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
