General conditions of sale

Bio des Gstrein Patrick sells and delivers the items presented in the online catalog in the national territory, islands included. The prices shown include VAT. The photographs are purely illustrative and therefore not binding.

Bio des Gstrein Patrick reserves the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods run out.

The items on sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case the customers will be notified by email within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the purchase order. We reserve the right to cancel the order in particular cases such as: goods out of production, warehouse errors, sudden unavailability of the product, typing errors in prices, and to contact the buyer to offer alternatives or cancel the order itself. In the aforementioned cases we will proceed to re-credit any amounts paid.

For greater customer protection, we prefer to ship our products exclusively to the buyers' address, we accept a different destination only if the goods are collected by the recipient at the indicated address (e.g. work address or second home).

Shipments that exceed the maximum weight and/or amount set by the transport system will be divided into multiple shipments of weight and/or amount included in the maximum values; in this case, shipping costs will be applied to each individual shipment.

What to do if the item we purchased online and that was shipped to our home by the seller arrives damaged?

Each courier has its own procedures and methods for managing damaged shipments and acceptance with reservations: upon delivery, the courier will ask you to sign a document to prove that he has delivered the package to the address or person who was supposed to receive it.
If the package appears damaged, it is important to write on the courier's transport document " reservation of control of intact package " or " acceptance with reservation ": this is a formula that indicates that you have received the package, but that something may have gone wrong. If the package appears intact, but you know that the contents may still be damaged, choose the formula with reservation anyway.

The reserve allows you to check the contents later, since the courier by law does not allow you to open the package until you have signed.

ATTENTION: if you accept without reservation you sign a document that says that the package arrived in perfect condition, and at that point it will be very difficult to ask for a refund.

Therefore, accepting the goods “with reservation” places the recipient in a more secure position.
In any case, the recipient retains the right to subsequently report any damage that was “not recognisable” at the time of delivery, for example when the package containing the item appears externally intact.

NB: even in the case of damages not recognizable at the time of delivery, the recipient must report the damage to the carrier and to Onlinestore within 8 days of receiving the goods , otherwise he loses the right to obtain compensation for damages from the carrier. The communication, accompanied by photographic material that demonstrates the damage, must be sent to the address info.biolana@gmail.com



Some drivers may be reluctant to let you sign with reservation, but you still have the right to do so. If the courier is reticent and does not tell you where to sign to activate the reservation, ask politely but firmly, and if he does not give in, it is better not to sign.
In this case the package is returned to the destination branch. At that point you can call customer service to explain what happened and ask how to resolve the situation.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (Bio des Gstrein Patrick, Via Dogana 21, 39011 Lana (BZ), tel.: 0039.0473.563994, mail: info.biolana@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, or e-mail).

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration on our website withdrawal form. If you choose this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. Such reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. If you decide to replace the returned product with another item, the shipping costs for the latter will be charged to you.

You are kindly requested to send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audiovisual products and computer software opened by the consumer, nor to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
